ULU is the traditional knife for the Alaskan Inuit Natives. This one has a stainless steel blade that is only sharpened on one side (single edge blade) and tghat makes then very,very sharp. They have become very popular in the Lower 48 as a vegetable knife but a also useful for many diverse cutting chores.
